Though the Trust is working in a number of locations in various capacity, the majority of the activities are undertaken in 14 tribal villages of Chaupahari jungle in Illambazar block of Birbhum district in West BEngal State of India under the name “Project Illambazar”.

APPROACH TO THE PROJECT SITE – Approach from State capital, Kolkata:
  • By Road: 220 kms (approx.) (25 kms from Panagrgh on Durgapur Expressway) Villages are 2 – 6 kms from mettle road.
  • By Train: Nearest town Bolpur (Santiniketan) 15 kms from Santiniketan by road
